Dusk to Dusk: Unsettled, Unraveled, Unreal at the Museum of Art

January 30, 2019

Join us Friday, February 1, 2019, through Saturday, March 30, 2019, for Dusk to Dusk: Unsettled, Unraveled, Unreal, an exhibit organized by the Samek Art Gallery at Bucknell University and curated by Richard Rinehart, Director of the Samek Gallery, with woks loaned from THE EKARD COLLECTION.

Dusk to Dusk explores human angst during the point of transition between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. The exhibit is made up of thirty-seven works by twenty-eight artists who turn a mirror into the world and explore psychological references, balance and intimacy, political repression, as well as other topics in an age where people are singular, yet collective, beings.

The museum is located at 491 N. Main Street and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4:30pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm. For additional information, visit the website at: http://las-cruces.org/museums or call 575.541.2137.
